Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1

  • Madrid, Arrival

  • Transfer to the Gran Vía district in the evening. Dinner will be included. You are in Madrid! As you arrive on the airport, you will find us waiting to take you to the hotel. Later, after a while, our guide will welcome you and give you the necessary information. You can also check the hotel’s reception for the same. As the day ends, offers for trips to Plaza de España, Gran Via and Egyptian Debod Temple will be made. Indian dinner shall be included along with all this.

Day 2

  • Madrid

  • Tour in the city of Madrid. Visits to the Plaza de Toros de las Ventas bullring and the Retiro park. Dinner included.

    This tour, which will be a guided one, will allow you to experience the pleasure of roaming around magnificent landmarks of the city, like the impressive Plaza Mayor (Main Square), its beautiful avenues and the fountains and also a stroll through the pleasant Retiro Park, which is there alongside the lake and the Crystal Palace. This tour also included a visit to the Plaza de Toros de las Ventas, a renowned building. Here we will get to know about the tradition of ‘corridas’ in the bullfighting museum. After that you will have spare time for the rest of the afternoon. In the historical area, you will get to see the Plaza de Oriente which is located just opposite the Royal Palce. Indian/vegetarian dinner is also included in this. This will be followed by return to the hotel.

Day 3

  • Madrid - Zaragoza - Poblet - Montserrat - Barcelona

  • Visit to the Basílica del Pilar. Also to a medieval monastery and then a ride on rack train.

    We will be leaving Madrid early in the morning to reach Aragón. In the mid-way, we will stop by Zaragon. Our guide will be accompanying the group till Basilica del Pilar, after which there will be free time with the group to enjoy the city centre and the sanctuary. Then we will be going to the Monastery of Poblet through Cataluña. Monastry of Poblet is one of the most acclaimed medieval monasteries. Entrance and guided tour is included in this. This will be followed by a visit to the Monastery of Montserrat. In this there will be a ride on rack train. Through this ride, one will be able to watch the beautiful views of the city. After that we will continue our journey to Barcelona in the late afternoon. Important Note: In the winter months of November to March, Monastry of Poblet may not be visited (because we would have to reach of Monastry of Montserrat in daylight).

Day 4

  • Barcelona

  • Barcelona city tour. Visit to the ‘Spanish Village’ and transfer to Las Ramblas district in the evening. Indian dinner included along with this.

    This tour is about Barcelona. You will be exploring the city with a local expert (note: However, if the group has less than fifteen people, then the explanations may be provided by our guide). You will also be visiting the Gothic neighbourhood which dates back to the Middle Ages. We will get to see the area where the Olympic Games took place. We may also possibly see and photograph La Sagrada Familia basilica. La Sagrada Familia basilica which is a masterpiece designed by the architect Gaudi. This will also comprise the entry ticket to ‘Poble Espanyol’ (Spanish Village), which is in open air and is one of the most renowned museums in Barcelona. You will get to go witness the unique traditions, folklores, architectural style and traditions of various communities of Spain. After that there would be free time left so that you can explore the city on your own. In the evening, there shall be transfers to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas areas. Indian Dinner is also included. This will be followed by subsequent return to the hotel..

Day 5

  • Barcelona- Peníscola- Valencia

  • We will be travelling south along the Mediterranean sea. During this, we will stop at Peniscola, which is a small town by the sea. After a short introduction provided by our guide, you will be left to explore the town on your own with its impressive fishing port, the beach and the castle. There will also be time for a walk. Afterwards, we shall travel to Valencia by which it will be lunch-time. This is third largest city of Spain, which is a blend of modernity and history. We will go through its fish market, the cathedral, its historic centre and avant-garde City of Arts and Sciences, which is a prominent tourist site in the city. In the evening, transfer will be offered to Plaza de Toros. Indian/vegetarian dinner included. And it will be followed by return to the hotel.

Day 6

  • Valencia - Alicante - Caravaca de la Cruz – Granada

  • Experience of tourist train in Caravaca. We will keep exploring the communities of Valencia. Then we will reach Alicante and walk through its avenues. This is a beautiful city located by the sea. We will have lunch there, following which we will head towards the Murcia region. Here we will get to see Caravaca de la Cruz, which is one of the 5 holy cities according to the Catholic Church. The city’s church holds a relic of Jesus Christ’s Cross. This will also include a ride on the tourist train upto the historic area. Then we shall continue on our journey along the impressive scenic roads to Andalusa. Finally, at the end of the day, we shall arrive Granada.

Day 7

  • Granada

  • Visiting the Alhambra. Transfer in the night. Indian dinner included. A full day guided tour including the entrance in the city of Granada. Visit to the delightful Alhambra palace which is surrounded by beautiful General life gardens which was originally built in the Arab times. By now, it will be time for lunch. The rest of the afternoon will be free so you can discover the sepulchre of the Catholic Kings. Following this, there will be evening transfer to Albaicin of Granada which is a World Heritage site along with the Alhambra. Here you can enjoy dinner in a restaurant in the streets of amazing Medieval Moorish quarter. Indian/vegetarian dinner included. This night you will have the opportunity to see the traditional neighbourhood of Sacramonte and attend a Flamenco dance show.

    Note: the Nazari palaces in the Alhambra complex allow limited number of people to get inside. Our visit may take place in the afternoon which will be depending on the timetable in which we can be allowed. As a matter of chance of we being not permitted inside, (which is very improbable), we will set to see Alcázares, which has similar architectural features as the Nazari palaces.

Day 8

  • Granada - Malaga - Marbella - Ronda - Seville

  • The beautiful village of Ronda in Andulasa. We shall depart from Granada and head on to the Costa del Sol in Malaga. Then we will ramble through its historic centre with its cathedral and the amazing Picasso Museum. We shall carry on our journey along the coastal roads with its captivating views of the Mediterranean sea. We will get to see Pureto, a renowned recreational port. We shall keep strolling through the hills through the afternoon and to the stories of bandoliers till we arrive at Ronda. It is a beautiful white town. It has a big gorge that divides the town into two. After that we shall head on to Seville, where we shall arrive by the end of the afternoon.

Day 9

  • Seville

  • Guided tour in Seville with a local expert. Boat trip on river Guadalquivir. Transfer to the city’s historic centre in the night. Dinner included.

    After the breakfast, there will be trip through the beautiful city of Seville. Prominent places here include the Cathedral and its Giralda, scenic neighbourhoods of Santa Cruz and the Triana, the spectacular Plaza de España and the banks of the Guadalquivir river. (Note: For groups having less than fifteen travellers, it can be arranged in both Spanish and English). Then there will be boat trip on the Guadalquivir, and you will enjoy the panaromic views from the boat. After that there would be good deal of spare time so that you can enjoy it yourself. There will be a subsequent visit to the historic city area (Calle alfonso XII) at the end of the afternoon. Indian/Vegetarian dinner included.

Day 10

  • Seville - Cordoba - Consuegra – Madrid

  • Visit to Cordoba and windmills in Consuegra. We shall depart from Seville along the valley of Guadalquivir river to the city of Cordoba. This will be guided tour where there will be visit to the majestic Cathedral-mosque and also to the ancient synagogue with entrances included. Then we will have free time to ramble in this province with its patios of flowers. We will carry on our journey to Castilian lands after lunch. Then we shall pause at Consuegra where we will get to watch the stupendous 12 wind mills that are situated next to the castle. Then we will explore the La Mancha plain. There will be visit to the Venta Rucio windmill as well. Afterwards, we will return to Madrid where we will arrive by the end of the day.

  • 45 days prior to departure – The customer will bear 25% of the package cost in order to confirm his booking. In either case, the customer need to complete payment at least 45 days prior to the departure date. If there is any issue of flight or regarding non-refundable services, it is expected of the customer to make 100% advance to enjoy the mentioned services.
  • 30 to 44 days prior to departure – The customer will bear 50% of the package cost in order to confirm his booking, if the booking is done between 30 to 44 days prior to departure date. If there is any issue of flight or regarding non-refundable services, it is expected of the customer to make 100% advance to enjoy the mentioned services.
  • 16 to 29 days prior to departure – The customer will bear 75% of the package cost in order to confirm his booking, if the booking is done between 16 to 29 days prior to departure date. If there is any issue of flight or regarding non-refundable services, it is expected of the customer to make 100% advance to enjoy the mentioned services.
  • 15 days prior to departure – In cases whose booking window is less than or equal to 15 days prior to departure date, it is expected of the customer to bear 100% of the package cost for booking confirmation.

  • Rates mentioned are valid on date of departure. The right to change this date is reserved with YOHO travels, depending on the seat availability status of the airline.
  • The rates hold true for a minimum of 2 adults who will be travelling together throughout the travel period. A Single room booking can be processed if accompanied with another Single room booking and/or a Twin room booking.
  • The rates do not hold true on block out dates

  • The rates quoted at the time of hotel accommodation and sightseeing will be subject to availability. YOHO reserves the right to change the hotel accommodation to an equal or better standard for a good experience of the passenger. Also, depending upon the upgradation, the charges may apply.

  • Foreign exchange rate fluctuates on a daily basis and may change the amount since they are dynamic. As per RBI guidelines, the foreign exchange component of your payment towards land can only be processed 120 days prior to your travel.
  • Price quoted are not valid when the Trade Fair period is ongoing.
  • Rates hold valid for Indian Passport holders only.
  • Check in time for international travel is 1400 hours and similarly, the checkout time is 1100 hours. Early check in or checkout is subject to availability and there is no guarantee for the same.
  • Transfers are exempted from night surcharges
  • For any unutilized service, there is no refund applicable.
  • Post sightseeing, tours or excursions, which are organized by local companies, the operation timings of day and night are subject to alteration. Any such changes will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • All sightseeing is strictly based on local conditions like weather and no sightseeing will be cancelled without prior notice.
  • While YOHO travels will take care of your smooth experience in the tour, sudden changes might happen and in that case, YOHO travel will make the best possible alternate available on the tour days. No refund is given since such events are unforeseen and out of YOHO’s control.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior intimation and also for clients who travel during the weekends.
  • Offer validation can be made null and void without prior notice by YOHO
  • Confirmed bookings are subject to cancellation charges that will be advertised at the booking time
  • The package does not consist of the tour manager services
  • YOHO shall not be taking responsibility for changes in price due to factors not under control of YOHO
  • The halt in the tour shall last for up to 30 minutes or less. Few places may be halt for enabling tourists for clicking pictures. The sequence of halts and routes are on the discretion of the tour operator which are done taking into consideration the feasibility of traffic conditions.
  • Any unprecedented hike in fares by the airlines or hotel charges will be borne by the tourist.
  • The hotel and itinerary are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
  • In case of hotels, transport costs, government taxes, the rates may differ from time to time.
  • Check in time is 1400 hours and check out time is 1200 hours noon. Changes in these times are subject to availability.
  • The mentioned flight and itinerary are subject to change.
  • YOHO travels are not to take responsibility for any VISA rejections.
  • Your personal belongings are your responsibility and the local operator will not be help responsible for any loss of personal property.
  • Date or time for tour may be changed by the local tour operator for a better plan.
  • A charge of 2000/- will be levied for amendment post booking.
  • Packages for honeymoon are valid only till 6 months post the marriage date.
  • Room types whether solo or double sharing is at the discretion of hotels and subject to availability. They are run onthe House basis.
  • By agreeing to the T&C between the client and the organization, or even by accepting these T&C, a contract is formulated between the client and the company which authorizes the company to reserve seats for you in groups which have been scheduled to travel on a specific date. Same is applicable for seats in hotels and airlines. Any change in your plans will lead to cancellation charges as per cancellation policy.
  • As a rule for international hotel, they charge a security deposit via credit card or cash when you are checking in. The amount varies for different hotels and is refundable during the time of check out. Offering of debit card is not encouraged since it gets debited immediately and credit takes about 2-3 weeks. If the tourist wishes to use any services outside the itinerary, the tourist will be bearing the charges for the service. This will be deducted from the security deposit. YOHO does not take responsibility for these transactions taking place between the hotel and the client.

In all cases involving cancellation, the customer is expected to adhere to the terms & conditions as per YOHO cancellation policy. The amount of cost per package the customers are required to bear is determined by the number of days prior to departure. Mentioned below are the guidelines of the cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation taking place 45 or more days prior to departure – Any cancellation request made 45 days or more prior to departure will be subject to the customer attracting 25% of the packaging cost as penalty.
  • Cancellation taking place 22 to 30 days prior to departure – Any cancellation request made 22 to 30 days prior to departure will be subject to the customer attracting 50% of the packaging cost as penalty.
  • Cancellation taking place 16 to 29 days prior to departure – Any cancellation request made 16 to 29 days prior to departure will be subject to the customer attracting 75% of the packaging cost as penalty.
  • Cancellation taking place 15 days prior to departure – Any cancellation request made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to the customer attracting 75% of the packaging cost as penalty.
  • Cancellation of flight tickets – Please note that YOHO is not responsible for cancellation of flight tickets, as they are governed by the respective airline and the policies surrounding them, If a customer books any service which is not refundable, it will remain in the same nonrefundable status no matter the cancellation period. The customer is requested to abide by the rules and regulations of the cancellation policy.
