There will be a transport to Gran Via District during the evening hours. Dinner will also be included. Welcome to Madrid! When you arrive at the airport, you will find us waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Later, you will be welcomed by our guide who will then provide you with the necessary information. You can also check the informative panels which are in the hotel reception area. During the ending hours of the day, we will transfer you to the Egyptian Debod Temple, the Plaza de Espana and the magical district of Gran Via. An Indian dinner will also be included.
There will be a tour of the city of Madrid. You will be taken to visit the Plaza de Toros de las Ventas bullring after which, you can stroll through the Retiro Park. Dinner will also be included.
This morning, you will be taken for a guided tour of the city, which will cover the vibrant city centre, the beautiful Plaza Mayor (Main Square) with its broad and magnificent avenues, the city’s many fountains and a tour of the beautiful Retiro Park on foot which will also include the lake and the Crystal Palace. You will also be taken to visit to see inside the beautiful Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas. Here you will learn about the tradition of “corridas” in the Bullfighting Museum. The rest of the afternoon will remain free for leisure. At sunset you will be transferred to the Plaza de Oriente which is situated at the historic centre of Madrid, opposite to the Royal Palace. Vegetarian or Indian dinner will be included. You will then return to your hotel.
You will visit the Basílica del Pilar and a medieval monastery. You will also be taken for a ride on a rack train.
After checking out from the hotel in Madrid, we will take an early morning departure from Madrid. On our way to Aragón, we will pause our trip in Zaragoza. The group will be escorted to Basílica del Pilar by the guide. Afterwards the group will be free to visit this impressive sanctuary and also enjoy the city centre. Then we get back on the road and make our way to Cataluña to the Monastery of Poblet. This monastery is surrounded by walls in a beautiful setting and is regarded as one of the best-preserved medieval monasteries in the world (entrance to the monastery and a guided tour will also be included). We will thenpay a visit to the Monastery of Montserrat. Here, we will go for a ride on the rack train which will give us some fantastic views. We will continue to the city of Barcelona where will arrive in the late afternoon. Important note: During the winter season, from November to March (both included), because of shorter days, there will be no visit to the Monastery of Poblet (so that we can reach Montserrat in the daylight)
Their will be a tour of the city of Barcelona. You will be taken for a visit to the “Spanish Village” and during the evening you will be transferred to Las Ramblas district. Indian dinner will be included.
Today we will get to know the impressive city of Barcelona which is situated on the Mediterranean Sea. You will be taken for an informative city tour with a local expert (note: If there are fewer than fifteen people in the group, then the explanations will be given by our guide). We will also visit Barcelona’s historic central area where the Gothic neighbourhood dates back to the Middle Ages. We will then visit the area where the Olympic Games were held. You will also be able to see the La Sagrada Familia basilica; the architectural masterpiece designed by the famous Gaudí. The entry ticket to “Poble Espanyol” (meaning “Spanish Village”) will also be included. This open-air architectural museum is located in one of the most emblematic areas of the city of Barcelona. You will wonder at the best Spanish craftsmanship and discover the varied architectural styles, traditions and folklore of the different Spanish communities. After this, you will be free to explore the city by yourself. During the evening hours, we will transfer you to the Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya area. Indian dinner will be included. Afterwards, you will return to the hotel.
You will be taken for a visit to Peniscola which is a beautiful walled town combined with a castle situated on the sea. You will also be taken for sightseeing of Valencia. During the evening you will be transferred. Dinner will also be included.
After checking out of the hotel in Barcelona, we will travel south along the Mediterranean. We will make a special stop at Peniscola which is a small walled town on the shores of the sea. A short introduction will be given by our guide after which you can make your way through town, visiting the fishing port, the castle and the beach. Afterwards we will travel to the city of Valencia. After our lunch in the afternoon hours, we will hire a local guide and go for a visit to the third largest Spanish city that mixes the modern with the historical. We will visit the city’s historic center, the fish market, the cathedral and also the avant-garde City of Arts and Sciences which is the most important modern tourist site in the city. In the evening, we will be transferred to the Plaza de Toros. Here, we will have an Indian or vegetarian dinner. After that we will return to the hotel.

We will continue our journey through the city of Valencia and pay a visit to the community of Alicante. We will go for a stroll in this active and very pleasant city by the sea. After lunch we will be on our way to the Murcia region, where we will see the Caravaca De La Cruz. This town is considered by the Catholic Church as one of the 5 holy cities and its church holds a relic of Christ’s Cross. We will go for a ride up to the historic area on the tourist train. Afterwards, you will have to checkout from the hotel in Valencia and then we will carry on along an attractive scenic road to Andalusia where we will arrive at the end of the day in Granada.
You will be taken for a visit to the Alhambra. There will be a transfer in the night. Dinner will also be included.
We will spend a full day in Granada and go for a tour (including entrance and local guide) of the immense Alhambra Palace and its beautiful Generalife gardens built in Arab times. After having lunch, the afternoon will be free for us to see the Cathedral with the sepulchre of the Catholic Kings. Later, during the evening you will be transferred to the Albaicín of Granada, which is a World Heritage site along with the Alhambra, where you will have dinner in a restaurant located in the narrow winding streets of this captivating Medieval Moorish quarter. Vegetarian or Indian dinner will be included. During the night you can attend a flamenco dance show and the traditional neighborhood of Sacramonte.
Note: In the Alhambra complex, the Nazari palaces allow for a limited number of people inside at a time. Your visit may be in the afternoon, depending on the timetables specified the managing authorities of the palace. In the extremely rare case of not being able to visit this area of the Alhambra, a visit to the Alcázares will be arranged in Seville (which have similar architecture and features).
We will visit the beautiful Andalusian village of Ronda.
After checking out of the hotel, we will leave for Granada and travel towards the Costa del Sol. Upon arrival at Malaga we will go for a stroll in the historic centre with its cathedral and the Picasso Museum. Afterwards, we will continue along the coastal motorway with beautiful views of the Mediterranean. Puerto Banus, in Marbella, is a very high-level recreational port. During the afternoon hours, we will continue along through the hills until we come to Ronda, a very beautiful town almost universally covered in white. The city has a large gorge which divides it in two. Afterwards, we will continue to Seville where we will arrive at the end of the afternoon.
There will be a guided visit with a local expert in Seville. We will also go for a boat trip along the river Guadalquivir. There will a transfer to the historic city centre during the night. Dinner will also be included.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be guided by a local expert through the scenery of Seville which will include the Cathedral and its famous Giralda, the banks of the Guadalquivir River, popular neighborhoods of Santa Cruz and Triana and the beautiful Plaza de España. (note: If there are fewer than fifteen people in the group, the tour can be arranged in both Spanish and English). Afterwards, we will go for a boat trip along the river Guadalquivir from where we can enjoy magnificent panoramic views. Afterwards, you will be free to enjoy some leisure time. During the afternoon hours, we will go to the historic city centre area (Calle Alfonso XII). An Indian or Vegetarian dinner will be included.
We will enter the Carabelas Museum from where Christopher Columbus started his voyage to America. We will also explore the Chapel of the bones in Evora.
After checking out from the hotel, we will leave Seville and in the province of Huelva, we travel to Palos De La Frontera. There will be a tour of the Carabelas Museum; this is the location where Columbus had set sail on 3rd August 1492 for America. We will see the Rabida Monastery, which has been declared a World Heritage site. This Franciscan monastery has been strongly linked to the history of the discovery (entrance to the building will be included). After this we will travel to Portugal and stop in the ancient Muslim city of Mertola. The city’s present church was a mosque. After lunch, we will travel through the white villages and then come to Evora city which has been declared a World Heritage site with its wide streets, its Renaissance policies and its cathedral. We will explore the impressive Chapel of Bones which is built with 5000 skeletons! We will arrive at Lisbon at the end of the day.
We will pay a visit to Lisbon. We will also transfer to Restauradores Square. Dinner will be included.
During the morning hours we will go for a sightseeing tour with a local guide (Note: If the group has fewer than twelve people, explanations may be given by our guide). We will visit the traditional neighborhoods, which are located in the Belem district. This is the birthplace of the great Portuguese navigators who sailed the oceans in the Fifteenth Century. We will also explore the Monument to the Discoveries, Belem Tower, and the beautiful Jeronimos Monastery which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The afternoon hours will be free so that you can explore this great city on your own. When the afternoon ends, you will be transported to Restauradores Square, a place with many bars and cafes from where you can take the ¨Elevador da Gloria¨ that will bring you to the Upper district and its viewpoint. Indian or Vegetarian dinner will be included.
You will be taken for a visit to Fatima Shrine. Lunch will also be included.
We will travel to the north of Portugal and visit Fatima, which is an important sanctuary. We will continue through the green lands of the centre and then pass into Spain. Over the grasslands we will cross the North of Extremadura. We will have lunch in a regional food restaurant (vegetarian option included) along the way. We will continue to the city of Madrid where we will arrive at the end of the day. You will be transported to Plaza Mayor where you can have some wine at the taverns. Our services will end here. You will have to check the time of your flight in case you need to have an additional night.
