  • Cancellation taking place 16 to 29 days prior to departure – Any cancellation request made 16 to 29 days prior to departure will be subject to the customer attracting 75% of the packaging cost as penalty.
  • Cancellation taking place 15 days prior to departure – Any cancellation request made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to the customer attracting 75% of the packaging cost as penalty.
  • Cancellation of flight tickets – Please note that YOHO is not responsible for cancellation of flight tickets, as they are governed by the respective airline and the policies surrounding them, If a customer books any service which is not refundable, it will remain in the same nonrefundable status no matter the cancellation period.
