Day 1

  • Arrive at Maldives

  • After arriving at the airport, get in touch with our representative who will help you with an assisted transfer to your resort via a speedboat. In Maldives, the cottage styled resorts which stand in the middle of the azure waters is an inducing sight. Equipped with every kind of modern amenities to provide the utmost comfort and luxury, these resorts are also best suited for a honeymoon. After being received with a warm welcome followed by the completion of check-in formalities, you have the rest of the day to yourself. A lovely dinner awaits you in the evening.

Day 2

The client should adhere to the Terms & Conditions set in accordance with the payment policy of YOHO Travels and should abide by them at all costs. In order to ensure the efficient delivery of the travel services, YOHO encourages you to make advance payments in certain cases. Mentioned below are the guidelines of the payment policy:

  • 45 days prior to departure – The customer will bear 25% of the package cost in order to confirm his booking. In either case, the customer need to complete payment at least 45 days prior to the departure date. If there is any issue of flight or regarding non-refundable services, it is expected of the customer to make 100% advance to enjoy the mentioned services.
  • 30 to 44 days prior to departure – The customer will bear 50% of the package cost in order to confirm his booking, if the booking is done between 30 to 44 days prior to departure date. If there is any issue of flight or regarding non-refundable services, it is expected of the customer to make 100% advance to enjoy the mentioned services.
  • 16 to 29 days prior to departure – The customer will bear 75% of the package cost in order to confirm his booking, if the booking is done between 16 to 29 days prior to departure date. If there is any issue of flight or regarding non-refundable services, it is expected of the customer to make 100% advance to enjoy the mentioned services.
  • 15 days prior to departure – In cases whose booking window is less than or equal to 15 days prior to departure date, it is expected of the customer to bear 100% of the package cost for booking confirmation.
  • OTP – Optional Tours
  • Rates mentioned are valid on date of departure. The right to change this date is reserved with YOHO travels, depending on the seat availability status of the airline.
  • The rates hold true for a minimum of 2 adults who will be travelling together throughout the travel period. A Single room booking can be processed if accompanied with another Single room booking and/or a Twin room booking.
  • The rates do not hold true on block out dates
  • Credit card payment will draw an extra charge by 3%
  • A valid passport number is required for VISA processing. YOHO will not be responsible for VISA refusal
  • Passengers are expected to pay the surcharges as and when applicable
  • Extra charges will be levied for optional tours
  • Surcharges may be more than the packaging cost quoted at the time of booking
  • Flights departing from India will land after the expected duration. Kindly adjust the time difference to the local place you are flying to. Same is applicable for return flights to India as well.
  • Flight status or connecting flights can be checked with the sales staff
  • The rates quoted at the time of hotel accommodation and sightseeing will be subject to availability. YOHO reserves the right to change the hotel accommodation to an equal or better standard for a good experience of the passenger. Also, depending upon the upgradation, the charges may apply.
  • No cost EMI is subject to availability.
  • Foreign exchange rate fluctuates on a daily basis and may change the amount since they are dynamic. As per RBI guidelines, the foreign exchange component of your payment towards land can only be processed 120 days prior to your travel.
  • Price quoted are not valid when the Trade Fair period is ongoing.
  • Rates hold valid for Indian Passport holders only.
  • Check in time for international travel is 1400 hours and similarly, the checkout time is 1100 hours. Early check in or checkout is subject to availability and there is no guarantee for the same.
  • Transfers are exempted from night surcharges
  • For any unutilized service, there is no refund applicable.
  • Post sightseeing, tours or excursions, which are organized by local companies, the operation timings of day and night are subject to alteration. Any such changes will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • All sightseeing is strictly based on local conditions like weather and no sightseeing will be cancelled without prior notice.
  • While YOHO travels will take care of your smooth experience in the tour, sudden changes might happen and in that case, YOHO travel will make the best possible alternate available on the tour days. No refund is given since such events are unforeseen and out of YOHO’s control.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior intimation and also for clients who travel during the weekends.
  • Offer validation can be made null and void without prior notice by YOHO
  • Confirmed bookings are subject to cancellation charges that will be advertised at the booking time
  • The package does not consist of the tour manager services
  • YOHO shall not be taking responsibility for changes in price due to factors not under control of YOHO
  • The halt in the tour shall last for up to 30 minutes or less. Few places may be halt for enabling tourists for clicking pictures. The sequence of halts and routes are on the discretion of the tour operator which are done taking into consideration the feasibility of traffic conditions.
  • Any unprecedented hike in fares by the airlines or hotel charges will be borne by the tourist.
  • The hotel and itinerary are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
  • In case of hotels, transport costs, government taxes, the rates may differ from time to time.
  • Check in time is 1400 hours and check out time is 1200 hours noon. Changes in these times are subject to availability.
  • The mentioned flight and itinerary are subject to change.
  • YOHO travels are not to take responsibility for any VISA rejections.
  • Your personal belongings are your responsibility and the local operator will not be help responsible for any loss of personal property.
  • Date or time for tour may be changed by the local tour operator for a better plan.
  • A charge of 2000/- will be levied for amendment post booking.
  • Packages for honeymoon are valid only till 6 months post the marriage date.
  • Room types whether solo or double sharing is at the discretion of hotels and subject to availability. They are run onthe House basis.
  • By agreeing to the T&C between the client and the organization, or even by accepting these T&C, a contract is formulated between the client and the company which authorizes the company to reserve seats for you in groups which have been scheduled to travel on a specific date. Same is applicable for seats in hotels and airlines. Any change in your plans will lead to cancellation charges as per cancellation policy.
  • As a rule for international hotel, they charge a security deposit via credit card or cash when you are checking in. The amount varies for different hotels and is refundable during the time of check out. Offering of debit card is not encouraged since it gets debited immediately and credit takes about 2-3 weeks. If the tourist wishes to use any services outside the itinerary, the tourist will be bearing the charges for the service. This will be deducted from the security deposit. YOHO does not take responsibility for these transactions taking place between the hotel and the client.

In all cases involving cancellation, the customer is expected to adhere to the terms & conditions as per YOHO cancellation policy. The amount of cost per package the customers are required to bear is determined by the number of days prior to departure. Mentioned below are the guidelines of the cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation taking place 45 or more days prior to departure – Any cancellation request made 45 days or more prior to departure will be subject to the customer attracting 25% of the packaging cost as penalty.
  • Cancellation taking place 22 to 30 days prior to departure – Any cancellation request made 22 to 30 days prior to departure will be subject to the customer attracting 50% of the packaging cost as penalty.
  • Cancellation taking place 16 to 29 days prior to departure – Any cancellation request made 16 to 29 days prior to departure will be subject to the customer attracting 75% of the packaging cost as penalty.
  • Cancellation taking place 15 days prior to departure – Any cancellation request made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to the customer attracting 75% of the packaging cost as penalty.
  • Cancellation of flight tickets – Please note that YOHO is not responsible for cancellation of flight tickets, as they are governed by the respective airline and the policies surrounding them, If a customer books any service which is not refundable, it will remain in the same nonrefundable status no matter the cancellation period. The customer is requested to abide by the rules and regulations of the cancellation policy.
